A deposit may be required to secure a booking, with the full balance due a specified number of days before the tour departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Upon receipt of your booking request and deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation. Your contract with us is only formed when we send this confirmation.
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply based on the following schedule:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason, including insufficient participants or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative tour of equivalent value.
If you wish to make changes to your booking, we will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability. An administration fee may apply to all changes.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific tour or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aussie World Tours and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or in connection with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sydney, Australia, in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
